Can I switch my Checkology account to a single sign-on (SSO) option?
Yes! If the email address you entered to create your Checkology account is the same one you use to sign in to your Google or Microsoft account, then you should be able to use the "Sign in with [Google/Microsoft]" option instead of the traditional username/password sign in option on the Checkology login page.

Yes. You just need to switch your current Checkology account email address to match your preferred Google/Microsoft account email address.
To do so, login to your current Checkology account using your normal username/email and password combo. Then, click the icon in the top right corner and select "Manage account" in the dropdown menu. Finally, change your email address listed under the "Contact Information" section and click the green "Save" button. After following these steps, you should be able to use the "Sign in with [Google/Microsoft]" option associated with your updated Checkology account.

Some devices might have stored login information from multiple Google/Microsoft accounts. It may be that you are currently logged into a different Google/Microsoft account than the one with the email address linked to your Checkology account.
To remedy this, check your Google/Microsoft account on the device/browser to be sure you are logged into the Google/Microsoft account with the same email address as your Checkology account. Then, try the "Sign in with [Google/Microsoft]" option again on the Checkology login page.
